1. Agreement and service

These Terms would govern use of Aura Farm's mobile apps, website, and related services. Aura Farm lets users publish short moments, participate in paired battles, vote, receive community reaction tags, and appear in rankings. The service is in pre-launch development and may change before public release.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the service in your location. Accurate date-of-birth information is required. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. Usernames may not impersonate others, mislead the community, or violate rights.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. To operate Aura Farm, you would grant the service a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transcode, display, rank, moderate, and distribute content through the app and future public share pages. The final license scope, duration after deletion, and sublicensing language require legal review before launch.

Only upload content you created or are authorized to use. Do not upload another person without permission where consent is required, and never expose private personal information.

4. Battles, votes, and Aura

Aura is a product rating, not money, property, proof of personal worth, or a professional assessment. New eligible posts start at the configured baseline (currently 5,000). Server-authoritative rules update ratings from expected-versus-actual battle results. A win can add Aura, a loss can remove Aura, and a tie may change ratings depending on the matchup.

Do not automate votes, coordinate vote rings, create fake accounts, manipulate pairings, exploit defects, or trade votes. Suspicious votes may be discounted or removed. Paid features, if introduced, will not directly purchase competitive Aura.

5. Community rules

Aura battles rate the submitted moment—not physical attractiveness, bodies, or a person's human value. Content or conduct involving the following is prohibited:

• Nudity, sexual content, sexual solicitation, or sexualized content involving minors.
• Child exploitation, grooming, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or dangerous challenges.
• Hate, threats, bullying, targeted humiliation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or harassment.
• Impersonation, doxxing, scams, spam, illegal activity promotion, or copyright infringement.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Uploads may remain unavailable while processing or pending moderation. Aura Farm may restrict visibility, remove content, invalidate votes or rating changes, suspend features, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, and preserve competitive integrity. Reporting and blocking tools are part of the intended v1 safety boundary. An appeal process and response standard must be finalized before launch.

7. Account deletion and termination

Users should be able to request deletion in the app. Public identity and media should be removed after processing, while certain non-identifying ledger, fraud, safety, or legal records may remain where necessary and lawful. Aura Farm may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. Final notice and appeal rules require confirmation.

8. Legal terms to finalize

COUNSEL MUST SUPPLY: the operating entity, governing law, venue or arbitration decision, local consumer-rights language, warranty disclaimer, liability limits, indemnity terms, copyright notice process, and effective contact/address.
