1. Scope

This notice covers the Aura Farm iOS and Android applications and voteaurafarm.com. Aura Farm is a social competition product: people publish short moments, enter head-to-head battles, vote, interact, and appear in rankings.

2. Data we expect to collect

Account and age

Email address, authentication records, account identifier, date of birth, age classification, username, display name, avatar, biography, selected country/city, settings, and consent records. Date of birth is private and is used to enforce the 13+ rule; exact birth dates should not appear publicly.

Content and competition

Uploaded videos and thumbnails, captions, categories, comments, likes, follows, reports, blocks, battle pairings, vote choices, reaction tags, Aura rating changes, win/loss/tie records, ranking position, and immutable audit events needed to keep results accurate.

Safety and technical data

Device/session information, network and security events, upload metadata, moderation status, reports, and anti-abuse signals such as suspicious voting speed or repeated coordinated voting. Aura Farm does not need precise GPS location for rankings and does not plan to store permanent precise-location trails.

3. How we use data

• Create and secure accounts, enforce age eligibility, and keep sessions working.
• Publish approved content, operate battles, calculate server-authoritative Aura, and produce rankings.
• Prevent duplicate or manipulated votes, investigate abuse, moderate content, and respond to reports.
• Maintain, debug, and improve reliability, accessibility, and safety.

Competitive Aura is not for sale. Aura Farm does not currently train an AI model on user videos. If optional model-improvement features are introduced later, the intended product policy is separate, versioned consent and a withdrawal mechanism.

4. Providers and sharing

Aura Farm's current architecture uses Supabase for authentication, Postgres data, access controls, and server functions, and Cloudflare Stream for direct video upload, processing, and delivery. These providers process data under their own service terms as infrastructure providers. Additional providers for transactional email, moderation, crash reporting, or store distribution must be listed here before they are activated.

Public profiles, approved posts, ratings, ranks, comments, and social interactions may be visible to other users and, in the future, on public share pages. Aura Farm does not sell personal information and this website uses no analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, or third-party scripts at launch.

5. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Users are expected to be able to edit profile information, remove their posts where permitted, report or block users, and request account deletion in the app. A deletion workflow should disable the account, remove public identity and media, revoke sessions, and delete or anonymize data as legally appropriate. Non-identifying competitive ledger entries may need to remain anonymized to preserve ranking integrity and fraud audits.

TO CONFIRM: specific retention periods, response timelines, legal bases by launch country, international-transfer terms, and the final deletion/anonymization schedule.

6. Teen privacy and safety

Aura Farm is intended for people aged 13 and older. Accounts for ages 13–17 should receive stricter defaults, including no precise location, no direct messages in v1, limited discoverability, filtered comments, and restricted adult interaction where applicable. Under-13 account creation is blocked. Parents or guardians with a safety concern can use the support channel below.
